Experienced local builders, with one team from structure to finish.
JMK Developments is a family-run construction company based near Dundalk, serving homeowners across Louth and the surrounding border counties.
Practical experience across the whole home.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, we bring practical building knowledge and careful workmanship to every stage of a residential project.
Our core work includes house extensions, atriums, window fitting and custom joinery. Our wider strength is the ability to bring together the building, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and roofing tasks needed to complete a residential project.
That matters to a homeowner because the visible quality of an extension depends on much more than the main structure. The roof, glazing, internal layout, kitchen fitting and final carpentry all need to work as one finished space.
A direct, craft-led working relationship.
